a. You have 7 days to return it to us from the day we deliver your order or from the date we make our first delivery attempt.
b. Please note: Items can only be returned to us in their original condition and must have the Leezle Label still attached. Only new, unused, unwashed and unworn items will be considered for return.
c. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges or credit notes on items returned to us after 7 days from the date of receipt.
d. Please package your returns well ensuring your items will not be damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any damages occurred during transit.
e. Any items purchased in store are subject to Exchange or Credit Note only. We do not offer refunds for any items purchased in the store.
f. Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
g. If the size isn’t right or you just want something different, then please make sure you notify us sooner rather than later before the desired item gets stock out. If you can’t find anything right now we are more than happy to offer you a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 3 months and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
h. Please note: During peak times returns can take up to 21 days to process. We will notify you if there are any damages or issues with your returned items.
i. Any collect in store orders or late returns that are not collected within 6 months will be disposed of.
j. Refunds will not include any freight or shipping charges.
k. For returns other than exchange or replacement, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund value.
